This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to brooklyn-rolling-gate.com and to information you share with us by phone, email, text message or in person when we quote or perform work at your property.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our service request or contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The address of the property where the gate is located
- The service you need, your property type and your preferred date
- How you prefer to be contacted (phone call, text message or email)

When you call, email or text us, we keep the information you share, including any photos or videos of your gate.
Information we collect when we work on your gate
During an estimate or service visit our technicians may record details about your gate and opening, such as measurements, the manufacturer and model, the condition of parts, and photos of the gate, guides, motor and surrounding mounting area. We use these to diagnose problems, prepare quotes, order the right parts and keep an accurate service history.
When you pay for work, we keep the invoice and payment records we need for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Our website does not accept payments, and we do not ask for card numbers through our online forms.

Like most websites, the server that hosts our site may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to provide our services or when the law requires it:

- A successor business, if Brooklyn Rolling Gate is sold or merged, in which case this policy will continue to protect your information.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Job records, invoices and warranty information are kept for as long as needed to support warranty service and to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements. Requests that do not lead to work are deleted or anonymized when we no longer need them to follow up with you.
